This test applied PrF to long-term human health data. Physical and cardiovascular capacity were used as proxies for Mass, recurring health behaviours as proxies for Direction, and all-cause mortality as the downstream Consequence.

The purpose was not to prove PrF through one dataset. It was to test whether our use of its language could be defined before observing the outcome and then returned to Reality through measurement.

What Reality Returned

Higher physical capacity was associated with lower mortality risk, but capacity did not remove the effect of behavioural Direction.

Within the High Mass group, those classified as Drag Direction had approximately 3.9× the mortality hazard of those classified as Forward Direction.

The contrast between Low Mass + Drag and High Mass + Forward was approximately 5×.

Interpretation

The observed results were compatible with the Mass × Direction structure.

They were not distinctive enough to show that PrF provided a uniquely superior explanation of the data. This test therefore remains as an early operationalisation.

What mattered was that the articulation could be taken out of language, defined in measurable terms, exposed to consequence, and corrected by what was observed.
